Who these terms are with

The service

Craft Funnel LLC provides marketing services to businesses, including building landing pages and marketing funnels, and following up with the enquiries those funnels capture.

We may change, add to, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not use our services to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited messages to people who have not consented to receive them, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

You are responsible for obtaining valid consent from every person you contact using our services, and for complying with the laws and carrier rules that apply to those communications.

Fees

Where fees apply, they are set out in the order or plan you agree to. Fees are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing.

Intellectual property

Our services, the website, and their contents belong to Craft Funnel LLC or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while these terms are in force.

Content you put into the service remains yours. You grant us the rights we need to host and process it in order to provide the service.

Third-party services

Our services may connect to services we do not control. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Craft Funnel LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Craft Funnel LLC against claims arising from your use of the services in breach of these terms or of applicable law, including claims relating to messages sent on your behalf or using materials we provide.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, or where we are required to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of DE, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
