Program description

Craft Funnel LLC operates two text message programs.

The non-marketing program sends messages related to inquiries you submit and services you request, including customer support communications, onboarding and account setup, appointment or consultation scheduling, reminders, confirmations, service and billing updates, document or link sharing, and follow-ups.

The marketing program sends promotional offers, discounts, product announcements, and news.

How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the corresponding checkbox on our contact form and submitting it. The two programs are separate: agreeing to one does not enrol you in the other.

Both checkboxes are unticked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary.

Cost

We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from that program.

If you opt out and later want to receive messages again, opt in again through our contact form.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier and device.

How we handle the information you give us, including your mobile number and your consent record, is described in our Privacy Policy.
